One of the main objectives of the Ufa plant "Promsvyaz" in 2015 is to ensure good working conditions, development opportunities and motivation of its employees. After all, it is concerned to the work of our plant allows to maintain its position in the market.
Recently, the company launched the program "Talent Pool", which involves the creation of a group of highly qualified specialists, capable in the long term to take managerial positions and to enable each employee to rise through the ranks.
This program takes place in several stages:
Step 1: Search and pre-selection of candidates.
Stage 2: Comprehensive assessment of personal qualities and competencies of the employee.
Stage 3: Training candidates to the required level.
Stage 4: Final testing and enrollment in the reserve.
The curriculum includes lectures and workshops on the theme "Employment Law", "Situational leadership", "Mentoring and development of subordinates", "Project Management", "Formation of the company's budget." In late December, will take the final test and interview, the experts showed the best results will be selected for which the results.
